After about 7 hours with just one bite this sailfish made the day one to remember, they say sailfish isn't very good to eat but we've found that to be untrue. We've been enjoying it for the last two days and the staff at our hotel will be enjoying it for weeks to come. Everyone at the resort came including the staff come out to see the fish when we brought it in right at sunset, we (or should we say the fish) were the highlight of evening.
